There are plenty of FREE resort facilities to keep the young and the young at heart amused! We have a solar heated "walk-in" resort  swimming pool (perfect for the toddlers), a plexipave full size tennis court (racquets & balls available), a 2 hole golf course and 6 hole mini golf course (clubs & balls available) a children's playground with sun shades, a games room with video games (coin operated), table tennis table, tv, pool table (coin operated), sports oval and walking tracks.  We have our own boat ramp.  Our jetty is just perfect for casting a line and maybe hooking a cod for dinner!  Fire drums are also available.

Our kiosk is open daily for your convenience where you can purchase fuel, ice, wood, gas, milk, bread, icecreams and any of those items you may have forgotten to pack.





Below is a full list of all other information we think you may need to know prior to your arrival including a directions map and a map of our resort.  We feel it is important to provide this information to you to ensure your stay with us is thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing.  We look forward to meeting you upon arrival here with us on the banks of the beautiful Murray River at Morning Glory River Resort.

WHAT TO BRING:

* LINEN:  (FOR UNITS/CABINS) We supply sheets & towels, doonas with covers, pillows with slips, bath mats, handtowels and tea towels. BYO towels for the pool please. 

*FOOD:  It is advisable to do some grocery shopping before you come either in Echuca-Moama (25 mins) or in Shepparton on your way through which have supermarkets open 7 days a week.  We have a kiosk which can service daily requirements such as bread, milk, ice, cigarettes and basic grocery items.  The nearest hotel is at Barmah, which is 10 minutes away-meals are available Monday through to Sunday lunch and dinner.

*CLOTHING: During the Summer months make sure you pack plenty of sunscreen, a hat and insect repellent.  Gumboots and a warm coat are a good idea during Winter.

*TELEPHONE:  Mobile service is available for Optus and Telstra customers through "NextG". There is a payphone facility located outside the kiosk/reception area for guest use.  Please feel free to give the resort number to friends of family who may need to contact you and we will make every attempt to relay messages promptly.

*PAYMENT FACILITIES: EFTPOS,Mastercard and visa.

*FUEL: Premium and unleaded fuel is available.  We also have an Elgas "Swap & Go" system.

*WATER: Please note that river water is used for spas, showers etc.. and is unsuitable for drinking or cooking.  Drinking water is provided in the unit for you.

*LAUNDRY: We have 4 amenities blocks, two of which have washing machines and dryers.

*CAMPING:  We have 4 amenities blocks 3 of which have camper's kitchens equipped with fridge, sink, stove and bbq. Fire drums are available for camp fires.  Please check message board in hotter months for  "TOTAL FIRE BAN"  notices.

*PETS:  Yes your pets are welcome.  We do require you to keep your dogs on leads at all times around the resort area.  However, as we are located on 800 acres of farm we are happy for you to let your dog off for a run outside the boundries of the resort area whilst taking in any of the walking tracks.  We are also happy for you and your horse to join us here for a holiday.  Please go to the "Pet Friendly" icon for full details.


*WALKING TRACKS:  We have 4 different walking tracks on the property.  A circuit walk approx 5kms, a levee bank walk approx 5.5kms, a wetlands walk approx 1.5kms and the sandbar walk approx 3kms.  Bring your walking or jogging shoes or if you have the room bring along your push-bike
